1. Agreement
By using Accmint.com, creating an account, buying a product, selling a product, or contacting support, you agree to follow these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
2. Digital Product Marketplace
Accmint.com is a digital marketplace. Products listed on the website may be provided by Accmint or by independent sellers. Buyers must carefully read product titles, descriptions, delivery type, stock details, and any instructions before ordering.
3. Account Purchase Rules
Digital accounts are usually delivered as shown in the product description. We only support issues that are related to wrong delivery, missing delivery, invalid login details, or clear product errors at the time of delivery. We do not guarantee long-term performance, future access, third-party platform changes, or actions taken after delivery.
4. No Misuse
You must not use any product from Accmint.com for spam, fraud, scams, phishing, harassment, illegal activity, platform abuse, impersonation, or anything that breaks the rules of a third-party platform. Any misuse may lead to account suspension without refund.
5. Payments and Balance
All payments must be made through the payment methods available on Accmint.com. If an order fails and a refund is approved, the refund may be added to your website balance unless another option is clearly available. Chargebacks, fake disputes, or abusive payment behavior may result in a permanent ban.
6. Refunds and After-Sales Support
Because products are digital, refunds are limited. A refund or replacement may be considered only when the product was not delivered, login details are clearly incorrect at delivery, or the product does not match the basic order description. Mistaken orders, duplicate orders, buyer misunderstanding, or issues caused after use may not qualify for a refund.
7. Seller Responsibility
Sellers are responsible for listing accurate products, maintaining stock quality, delivering valid items, and responding to support issues. Accmint.com may remove listings, hold funds, limit seller access, or suspend seller accounts if marketplace rules are broken.
8. Platform Rights
Accmint.com may suspend, restrict, or close any account if we detect fraud, abuse, harmful activity, fake information, chargeback abuse, support abuse, or behavior that may damage the marketplace or other users.
9. Third-Party Platforms
Products may relate to third-party platforms such as social media, email, gaming, or online services. Accmint.com does not own those platforms and cannot control their rules, updates, bans, restrictions, or account actions. Users must follow the rules of those third-party platforms.
10. Intellectual Property
The Accmint.com name, website design, text, code, layout, and branding belong to Accmint.com unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, resell, scrape, or misuse our website content without permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
Accmint.com is not responsible for losses caused by buyer misuse, third-party platform actions, internet issues, payment provider problems, seller mistakes outside our control, or events that cannot reasonably be prevented.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The latest version will be posted on this page. Continued use of Accmint.com means you accept the updated terms.
